We're Reef - an offshore talent agency building complete sales teams for growing companies. We need a specialist sales recruiter to scale our talent operations and drive 10 placements per week using our AI-powered recruitment systems.

This role involves sourcing, assessing, and placing SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, and VAs. You'll leverage our automated screening systems while focusing on high-value candidate assessment and building our pipeline of top talent.

You'll work your preferred hours with full autonomy to shape our recruitment processes, directly supporting our growth through superior talent placement.

Requirements

Essential Experience

• 3+ years specialist sales recruitment - offshore talent placement preferred
• Performance-based hiring expertise - proven ability to assess B2B sales capability
• ATS and recruitment automation experience - comfortable with high-volume, technology-assisted processes
• Sales knowledge - deep understanding of SDR/BDR/AE functions and appointment-setting capability

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of Western business communication standards
• Experience with sales-focused candidate assessment methodologies
• Knowledge of international employment compliance requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
• Reliable internet, suitable equipment, quiet working environment
