The House of Commons Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff the Deputy Director, Compensation Services position.
This recruitment and selection process is restricted to the Human Resources Services employees of the House of Commons Administration.
In this role, the incumbent oversees the daily compensation operations at the House of Commons. This includes but is not limited to maintaining timely and accurate human resources information and ensuring accurate pay for Members of Parliament and their staff, House Officers and their staff, and all House Administration employees and any other organization for which an agreement to provide pay services and HR operations is in place.
One of the main responsibilities is to ensure that the Compensation Services team provides services per best practices and that they achieve optimal outcomes for the House of Commons strategic, operational, and business requirements, by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the Deputy Director, Compensation Services leads the development and implementation of pay processing and HR operations strategies, policies, and procedures designed to facilitate engagement with stakeholders and meet organizational requirements.
