Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving.

About the job:

• Responsible for the development strategy, technical roadmap, and key technology direction in the fields of LLMs, AI Agent, Embodied AI, etc.

• Lead group research efforts, develop state-of the-art AI solutions and collaborate with product groups to deploy them in real-world settings.

• Identify new and upcoming research areas by interacting with external and internal experts and bring insights to the company.

• Publication, presentation, and contribution as a thought leader in the relative fields.

• Use your passion and out of the box thinking to collaborate with a team of researchers.
