About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Resume Writer and Job Search Coach to join our Outplacement Services team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping individuals navigate career transitions. You’ll guide clients in crafting compelling resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, and improving interview skills—all while making a meaningful difference in their professional journeys.

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)
Experience: 2–10 years
Duration: Full Time (Direct Hire)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess clients’ career goals, strengths, and areas for development.

• Write and edit impactful resumes that effectively highlight skills, experiences, and achievements.

• Guide clients in optimizing LinkedIn profiles for better visibility and networking.

• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve performance and confidence.

• Develop personalized career action plans and job search strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and modern job search techniques.

• Collaborate with the Outplacement Services team to ensure high-quality client support.
