SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (F/M/D)

As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with International accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Managing and coordinating the month-end and year-end close processes
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS and Latvian accounting standards
• Implementing and monitoring internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Collaborating with external auditors during annual audits and tax filings
• Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
• Ensuring compliance with Latvian tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and tax authorities
• Maintaining accounting records
