We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Specialist to join our growing product development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure - formulating new concepts while ensuring every detail, from documentation to pricing, aligns with our quality and regulatory standards. You’ll work across human supplements, pet health, and cosmetic products, developing innovative, science-based formulas and maintaining precise documentation.

Bits of your job:

• Develop new formulations for food supplements, pet products, and cosmetic applications (powders, capsules, liquids, and topicals).

• Conduct ingredient research and feasibility assessments to ensure formula efficacy and compliance.

• Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, including formulation sheets, material specifications and SOPs.

• Review and update technical documentation to ensure consistency and alignment with manufacturing and quality requirements.

• Perform cost calculations for new and existing formulations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate pricing structure.

• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to evaluate raw materials and optimize production processes. Stay informed about emerging ingredient trends, technologies (including encapsulation), and market developments.

• Support cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, and Production) with technical input.
