Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bits of your job:

• Manage the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) department to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations (21 CFR), and other relevant industry standards.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

• Supervise the review and approval of batch records, specifications, and test results for raw materials and finished products.

• Maintain the documentation of all quality-related activities, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors during inspections and audits.

• Provide strategic direction for quality initiatives, including process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
