International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to provide leadership, management, and guidance for Case Management services for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) which serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force plus their eligible family members; active duty members of foreign military services who are stationed in the area; reserve military personnel and their family members when they are eligible for military medical care, military members designated as severely wounded, ill and injured and their identified caretakers and, on a space available basis, military retirees and their family members and widows, eligible family members of military decedents and other groups as directed and authorized by higher authorities in response to special circumstances.
The Functional Chief for Case Management is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Case Management program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to FFSP patients. They will also play an important role in developing and implementing effective strategies to support the Case Management needs of clients and improve overall program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and implement a comprehensive Case Management Program that aligns with the client’s vision, mission and goals.
- Supervise and provide guidance to clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of effective and evidence-based case management services.
- Have input into program budgeting and financial management, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and compliance with funding requirements.
- Collaborate with senior external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and healthcare providers, to enhance program accessibility and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, utilizing data-driven approaches to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations and providers to enhance service coordination.
- Stay updated with current trends, research, and best practices in the field of case management, incorporating this knowledge into program development and service delivery.
- Provide leadership and support to program staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Prepare reports and presentations for organizational leadership and external stakeholders, effectively communicating program outcomes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Participate in site/regional quarterly quality assurance procedures to ensure that all clinical services provided are safe and of good quality.
- Ensure the case management team document and maintain current records in the FFSMIS Clinical Counseling Record System for all non-medical counseling assessment and counseling services provided IAW current Navy requirements.
- Ensure staff delivering case management services are accounting for all services delivered in scheduling module in FFSMIS.
