International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to provide project management for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) leadership. The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force plus their eligible family members; active duty members of foreign military services who are stationed in the area; reserve military personnel and their family members when they are eligible for military medical care, military members designated as severely wounded, ill and injured and their identified caretakers and, on a space available basis, military retirees and their family members and widows, eligible family members of military decedents and other groups as directed and authorized by higher authorities in response to special circumstances.
The Project Manager is the key operational enabler supporting the clinical team in the delivery of the capability set out within the contract. The role is the key practical interface in the provision of personnel, logistic and operational integration. This role works in close collaboration with other program leadership to lead the management team to ensure the highest level of services are delivered to the client within the contractual and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall contract management of the U.S. Navy’s Fleet and Family Support Program to include the administration, conduct and performance of assigned staff.
- Assess effectiveness of FFSP Family Readiness program contract execution.
- Identify challenges and solutions in program execution. Recommend adjustment to programs or changes to policy and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of FFSP Family Readiness Programs.
- Analyze data gathered, prepare reports and provide briefings of recommendations.
- Provide program guidance for the delivery of services for Family Readiness Programs throughout the Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP).
- Continually research and analyze new or best management practices for application to programs or operations. Identify best practices for program delivery and program implementation to ensure the program is current and relevant.
- Plan, coordinate, organize, and develop program implementation guidance for Family Readiness Programs that are designed to enhance the effective use of total resources in the operation of FFSP activities. Oversee the contract’s training plan.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Provide status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating contract change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies are implemented and followed by all staff.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables while managing customer satisfaction within project transition periods.
- Assist Director of Clinical Operations in developing yearly budgets.
- Participate in the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of Family Readiness Programs when requested.
- Perform a wide range of program analysis activities on Cross-Functional Team working groups to identify and rectify systemic/programmatic issues.
Quality Assurance:
- Responsible for the overall contract quality of the of world-wide U.S. Navy FFSP.
