Your role:
Support for the Head of Backup Management, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity by coordinating with various departments, collecting and analyzing process data, performing data analysis, organizing information, preparing reports, and providing guidance to colleagues on BC/DR topics.
Your duties and responsibilities
· Participate in meetings related to backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
· Analyze internal processes to identify efficiencies, risks, and improvement areas.
· Review and analyze reports from various departments and systems.
· Prepare detailed reports and summaries to support management decisions and compliance requirements.
Other duties
We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
Students in the last year of College, University, Faculty of Informatics, or degree in computer science (engineering), numerical (mathematics and physics), Economics.
Knowledge of the following technologies:
Proficiency in Italian – minimum level B2
Backup and recovery tools
Virtualization systems
Windows and Linux server environments
Network concepts (VPN, firewall, VLAN)
Monitoring and reporting tools
Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
