Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor two main operational bank accounts.
• Assist and coordinate transactions for two subsidiary bank accounts.
• Process and release company funds accurately and on time.
• Review and validate invoices before processing.
• Conduct customer-related checks and validations to ensure transaction accuracy.

Requirements

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of accounting or financial work experience
• Experience with any accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)
• High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable to working night shift
