Customer Service Representative (Voice) | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians.
• Serve as the central point of contact for questions, support needs, and resource navigation.
• Track clinician performance and engagement metrics using available data and tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.
• Support initiatives aimed at clinician satisfaction, retention, and professional development.
• Conduct coach-up care activities to assess engagement and maintain proactive communication.
• Maintain positive ongoing connections with former clinicians to support alumni engagement and potential future collaborations.
• Provide timely updates, summaries, and insights to leadership to support continuous improvement.
• Document interactions, progress, and recommendations in alignment with organizational processes.

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Voice Account
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Amenable working onsite in Mandaluyong
• Willing to work night shifts
