Paid Media Manager

Reporting to our Paid Media & Strategy Director , you will create impact within our Paid Social team. You'll help guide media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimisation, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex accounts.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Manage and improve paid social campaigns inclusive of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and paid search campaigns inclusive of Google Ads
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets
- Independently complete daily tasks; including but not exclusive to campaign builds, daily pacing, optimising, and reporting
- Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and applicable performance insights
- You'll establish client relationships and provide valuable insights, optimisations, and testing opportunities
- Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign goals
- Stay informed about new tools, trends, and best practices
