Senior Analytics Manager

Reporting to our Senior Analytics Director, you will create impact in the Analytics Team, within our Martech Capability. We take pride in our work with some of the largest advertisers in the world, setting us apart in the industry.
You will work with a team of implementation experts and will design and deploy data collection strategies, document implementation plans and guidelines, implement tagging solutions through custom scripts and tag management tools, and ensure data cleanliness and reliability.
We are looking for a specialist in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Your main focus will build reliable, scalable analytics implementations across both web and app environments, while helping clients understand the data architecture and value of clean, structured measurement.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Be a subject matter expert on digital measurement, with an understanding of the Google Marketing Platform and broader digital ecosystem
- Translate needs into data structures, tagging frameworks, and measurement strategies
- Configure Google Analytics 4, including advanced features like custom events, enhanced e-commerce, and cross-domain tracking
- Implement, configure, and debug Google Tag Manager (Web & App) tagging
- Design and deliver tracking taxonomies, plans, and implementation guides
- Troubleshoot GA4 and GTM issues using DebugView, GTM preview mode, browser dev tools, etc.
- Lead client conversations, walkthroughs, and solution presentations
- Ensure high standards of data quality and documentation across all projects
- Leverage analytics to extract meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
