This role is hybrid, based in either San Francisco or Seattle, and is a six-month contract. The People Specialist, Manager Enablement, plays a key role in supporting managers and People Partners through program management, process improvement, and resource development. The focus is on operational excellence, manager development, and scaling people systems during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and operationalize scalable manager enablement processes
Maintain and improve manager resources and documentation
Partner with People Partners, Leadership Design, and People Ops teams
Manage cross-functional HR initiatives and special projects
Support personnel investigations and compile detailed documentation
Drive tracking and reporting on enablement initiatives
