Optimize team workflows to improve efficiency and performance. - Operational Management:
Plan, launch, and oversee email campaigns (mass, trigger-based, and automated).
Ensure timely preparation of content, layout, and testing for all campaigns. - Analytics & Optimization:
Track key performance metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CR, LTV, churn rate, deliverability).
Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements to boost results.
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights. - Deliverability & Technical Infrastructure:
Monitor domain and IP reputation, manage warming-up processes for new resources.
Ensure stable email delivery and minimize spam folder placements. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Implement and oversee additional communication channels (SMS, push, in-app).
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain smooth operations.
