Call Center Sales Representative

Title: Call Center Sales Representative – $14–$17/hr + Commission

Overview:
We’re hiring in-office Call Center Sales Representatives with proven sales experience. If you enjoy phone sales and want a career with uncapped earning potential, this is your chance. No remote or hybrid work available.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling and appointment setting
• Qualify leads and convert to scheduled sales appointments
• Consistently hit or exceed sales targets
• Work part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling options

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have prior sales experience in call center sales, inside sales, or collections
• Sales-driven personality with strong phone presence
• Thrives in a performance-based environment
• Must work in-office — no remote/hybrid

Benefits

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly $14–$17 base pay
• Bonuses and incentives = $55,000–$70,000+ yearly potential
• Morning shift 8am–4pm
• Evening shift 12pm–8pm
• Weekend shifts available
