Title: Inside Sales Call Center Representative – $55k–$70k+ with Incentives

Overview:
Join our in-office sales call center team! We are looking for motivated individuals with sales experience who want to convert warm leads into scheduled appointments. This is not a remote or hybrid position — you will work in-office as part of our high-energy team.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls with customers
• Set appointments for our in-home sales team
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Earn incentives, bonuses, and commission on top of base pay

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum sales experience required (inside sales, call center sales, telemarketing, or collections)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Money-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Must work in-office — no remote/hybrid

• Base pay $14–$17/hr
• Total compensation $55,000–$70,000+ yearly (with incentives & bonuses)
• Part-time or full-time available
• Evening shift: 12pm–8pm
• Morning shift: 8am–4pm
