You’ll work closely with our marketing and SEO teams to produce articles, service pages, and resources that align with KDCI’s brand and industry positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and original content for blogs, service pages, and industry resources.

• Conduct thorough research on outsourcing, business operations, and client-related industries (e.g., eCommerce, finance, creative design).

• Follow editorial guidelines, brand tone, and SEO best practices (training provided).

• Collaborate with the SEO and marketing teams for content planning, optimization, and performance improvement.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and outsourcing topics relevant to KDCI’s global client base.
