Fullstack Engineer - The Landbanking Group

TLG is seeking a skilled and passionate Fullstack Software Engineer to join their ambitious cross-functional team in building a world-class technology platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to design, implement, and integrate APIs, algorithms, and tools that drive the success of their global initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

Design and Development: Design and build functionality for their Global-level technology platform, encompassing both frontend and backend components.
Agile Planning: Contribute to agile planning practices by defining work breakdown, estimating task complexity and duration, and setting milestones for both frontend and backend tasks.
Non-Functional Requirements: Take decisions on non functional requirements such as availability, scale, speed, horizontal scalability (backend) and usability, scale, and speed (frontend) as well as the technology stack for both frontend and backend. Incident Analysis and Troubleshooting: Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of incidents across the entire stack, addressing both frontend and backend issues.
Collaboration and Integration: Proactively collaborate with different internal and external teams for integrations and knowledge sharing, ensuring seamless coordination between frontend and backend implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record of shipping large web applications and scale software or web applications.
• Advanced knowledge of React, JavaScript, Python, Django, and Django REST Framework, as well as common engineering tools like Git, Jira.
• Experience with concepts such as CI/CD, containers (Docker), and related tools for both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• You take ownership of your work, uphold a deep sense of responsibility, and ensure accountability for the expected results.
• Good communication skills in English - German proficiency is not mandatory
