Strategic Development: Own Aussie Homes marketing plan across buyer and real estate agent audiences, setting positioning, messaging, and campaign priorities to effectively take the Aussie Homes proposition to market.
GTM Coordination: Lead and coordinate go-to-market strategies for Aussie Homes, working across the growth team to align efforts and deliver cohesive outcomes.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, impactful content that drives engagement and positions Aussie Homes as a market leader. Create content leveraging agreed brand and style templates and guidelines including:
- Email content
- Social tiles
- Website
- Sales collateral- B2B and B2C: Presentations, emailable PDFs, brochures for trade shows etc
- Webinars: To drive leads (plus social strategies to promote webinars)
- Blog content: Collaboration with content writing team on blog topics
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the content and audience team, including the in-house studio, to ensure consistent and compelling messaging and captivating designs that uphold the brand look/feel.
Trade marketing: Own trade and partnership marketing initiatives with external property partners, real estate agents, referral partners, and industry events — from strategy to asset creation and on-ground activation
Subject Matter Expertise: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape marketing strategies.
Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to evaluate the success of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.
