Application/ERP Support Specialist (Agricultural Company)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking an Application/ERP Support Specialist. 

Our client is a a well-established agricultural cooperative that prides itself on high-quality

📌 Location: Veroia, Imathia 

📍 Working Model: On-site 

🖋️You will be reporting to: IT Manager 

What you will do: 

You will be a member of the IT department, and you will facilitate the day-to-day business by supporting all the company’s functions. You will perform monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting activities, on Entersoft ERP.  

More specifically you will: 

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications and perform the daily tasks assigned 

• Provide 1st/2nd level of support in all aspects of application support issues 

• Monitor and maintain the company’s database and perform appropriate maintenance actions  

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of reported incidents and apply corrective actions (when possible) 

• Cooperate with all internal and external stakeholders including the company’s business partners 

• Coordinate user testing sessions upon the delivery of a new solution 

• Coordinate user training sessions based on the company’s needs  

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or any related field 

• Good understanding of finance, order management, warehouse management & supply chain concepts 

• 1+ years of experience in Entersoft ERP 

• Experience with SQL databases  

• Experience in other Entersoft products (CRM, WMS etc.) will be highly appreciated 

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 

• Excellent communication skills  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team player mentality
