Maintenance Team Leader

ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, CROWN HELLAS, a key player in the packaging sector specializing in the production of high-quality beverage and food cans, is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join and develop their new production line.

📌 Location: Corinthos

🖋️ Reports to: Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify issues, risks or required maintenance actions.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and oversee the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance works.
• Supervise and maintain building systems (HVAC, heating, ventilation, extraction, etc.).
• Oversee electrical, mechanical and refrigeration installations and ensure proper operation.
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Manage maintenance operations across all plant units, ensuring compliance with company standards, hygiene, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, technical files and updated “as-built” documentation.
• Monitor maintenance costs (OPEX & CAPEX) and support budgeting and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to the plant’s preventive maintenance strategy and reliability improvement activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role; experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Very good command of English and proficient computer skills (MS Office).
