Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business
growth by managing key client accounts and acquiring new high-value customers. with
deep experience in selling IT solutions and services to enterprise and mid-market clients.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills and
a strong track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, usage, and
expansion opportunities
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to
deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Forecast sales metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to leadership
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Mentor junior sales team members as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or
related field
• 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in IT solutions, systems
integration, or managed services
• Proven success in managing key accounts and achieving sales quotas
• Strong consultative selling skills and a customer-centric approach
• Strong understanding of modern IT environments—Data Management, cloud
(AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with selling to CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT decision-makers
• Experience in Specific Sector Like, (FSI, PIF, Oil & Gaz,…)
