IT Responsible

We are seeking an experienced IT Responsible to join our company's information technology department in Sakarya Plant.

The candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security standards, and updating intranet systems. Key duties include developing proactive solutions for technology infrastructure security and business continuity, working alongside our team to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Management and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure (servers, network systems, hardware, and software)
• Be proficient in server infrastructure architecture, networking, operating systems, and storage solutions.
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support for user issues
• Resolving network connection and internet access issues
• Possess the knowledge and experience to provide technical support for computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Provide technical support to ensure the maintenance and uninterrupted operation of all systems and hardware in the company.
• Monitor, manage and maintain Security Information Exchange Management systems.
• Follow system logs in incident management and internet application security, take action, and report.
• Be knowledgeable about cybersecurity and DDOS attacks, monitor incidents and violations, and provide reporting
• Conducting and be a part of compliance processes such as ISO27001, SOC and follow CIS and NIST protocols over all company hardware’s and software’s.
• Updating and optimizing the intranet system
• Installation and management of firewalls, antivirus programs, and other security software
• Assisting in the implementation of information security policies
• Experienced in computer fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repair,
• Experienced in providing client support to end-users working in a domain environment,
• Understanding the and take a role for Disaster Recovery (DR) scenarios.
• Understand the creation and management of system topologies of internal and cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related field

• 3+ years of work experience in related fields
• At least B2 level English language knowledge
• Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of network management, server management, and database management
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking ability
• Team-oriented and possesses strong communication skills
• Knowledge of IT security solutions
• Technical background, MCSE or similar network qualifications desired but not essential.
