Job Overview

MasterBrand is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Sr. Digital Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing effectiveness across multiple brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge in how to optimally configure GA4 properties for in-depth reporting and insights
  • Analyze digital marketing performance across web, social, email, and paid media channels to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio.
  • Create and implement tagging within Google Tag Manager
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with MasterBrand’s Market Research team to develop insights on consumer behavior, dealer/designer outlook, and website user behavior.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, journey mapping, and segmentation to inform targeting and personalization.
  • Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards.
  • Support SEO and inbound marketing efforts with performance data and keyword analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Ability and eagerness to understand MasterBrand go-to-market strategy and brands
  • Ability and eagerness to understand brand objectives and translate them into strategic, creative digital approaches
  • Manage the execution of campaigns and tactics through cross-functional business and technical teams
