As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be part of the friendly team that keeps our customers happy and confident using MedTrainer. You’ll troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and make sure every user feels supported and understood.

✨ What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot platform, login, and credentialing issues
- Log and document tickets accurately in Jira or our CRM
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve more complex problems
- Spot patterns and suggest ideas to make the customer experience even better
✨ What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, tech support, or help desk
- Strong communication skills (English written & spoken)
- Tech-savvy with a love for problem-solving
- A calm, friendly, and proactive attitude — even when things get busy
- Currently living in Querétaro and open to hybrid work

📍 This is a on-site position in Querétaro, Mexico with the opportunity for some home office based upon performance
