In this role, you will review and manage Danish-language user-generated content, ensuring it meets our community standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Accurately categorize and assess content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to enhance moderation practices.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes.
• Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and respect.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
