Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with established community guidelines.
• Accurately classify and evaluate content based on specified moderation policies.
• Identify and report any inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the efficiency of moderation processes.
• Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
