Requirements

• Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written); knowledge of English is a great advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support or the gaming industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
