We are now looking for a Purchasing Transformation Manager to join our Nordic team Purchasing Development & Digitalization. You will be part of shaping the future of purchasing at NCC - leading prioritized development projects & initiatives, implementing new ways of working, and strengthening the capabilities that enable our business to perform at its best. 

The role and key responsibilities 

As a Purchasing Transformation Manager, you will work cross-functionally across business areas and functions to lead the development of purchasing capabilities and ways of working. 

Your main responsibilities include: 

• Lead and execute prioritized development projects & initiatives within Purchasing 

• Drive capability development and cross-functional collaboration 

• Gather and align business requirements to secure business relevance and impact 

• Build business cases to demonstrate expected value and benefits 

• Support implementation, change management, and adoption across the organization 

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation 

In your assignments, you may take on roles such as Project Lead, Capability Lead, or Business Change Manager, depending on the nature of the initiative.
