Neo Group is on the lookout for a Google PPC Ads Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
What you will be doing:
- Launching and managing search, media, and app campaigns in Google Ads;
- Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns across the funnel: from attraction to conversion;
- Working with different topics (e-commerce, finance, etc.);
- In-depth analytics: CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, Retention, working with analytics in Google Ads, Firebase, Google Analytics;
- A/B testing of creatives, hypotheses, and strategies;
- Preparing reports and proposals for scaling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in contextual advertising (including App campaigns);
- Valid Google Ads certificate (for search, GDN, or Apps);
- Strong understanding of the basics of digital analytics, experience with GTM, GA4, Firebase, Google Sheets;
- Skills in audience segmentation, working with Lookalike and remarketing;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and make decisions based on metrics.The following would be a plus:
- Experience working with international markets;
- Skills in Google BigQuery, Data Studio/Looker Studio;
- Understanding of ASO/ASA/mobile analytics principles;
- Language skills: Fluent Russian, English.
