What You'll Do:

• Manage group billing and ensure accuracy for large events and conferences
• Collaborate with sales teams to coordinate event details and logistics
• Support seamless communication between departments to elevate guest satisfaction
• Play a key role in helping Nashville shine as a top hospitality destination

• Strong interpersonal skills — you're outgoing, approachable, and energized by people
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, even during busy shifts
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience and knowledge highly desired
