What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Working breakfast hours in hotel restaurant
• Greets guests warmly and guides them to their table
• Ensures proper management of space/workflow to ensure the best possible guest experience
• Brings guests materials/ food items as needed
• Records bookings for large groups/ advanced reservations and alerts team members as required to ensure an excellent guest experience

What you should bring to the table:

• High School diploma or the equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Greets guests warmly and guides them to their table
• Ensures proper management of space/workflow to ensure the best possible guest experience
• Brings guests materials/ food items as needed
• Records bookings for large groups/ advanced reservations and alerts team members as required to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Professionalism
• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
