Under the direction of our Director of Scoring services, we are seeking a RPSGT with demonstrated expertise in scoring and procedures. Qualified candidates should be passionate about sleep medicine and take great pride in the quality of their work and their contributions to our patients' care.

Applicant testing prior to engagement will be performed.

This Remote scoring position is available to someone who can travel for structured training (travel expense will be covered).


Hours needed for Scoring:

The hours for this contract position will vary greatly and quick study turn-around is required. Quick study-turn around means stat - without delay!

Weekend and holiday availability is required at times. The ideal candidate also needs flexible hours with availability on most days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm EST and work overtime when needed.


What you'll do

  • Timely and accurate scoring of HSAT, HSAT + , A1 SAS, and research studies, as well as other types of studies that may be added in the future.
  •  Ability to read and fill out spreadsheets as needed. Proficiency with google spreadsheets. 
  • Working knowledge and ability to use our internal platforms for tasks. 
  • Ability to score in Noxturnal remotely with a reliable and fast internet connection.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of communication with multiple teams and fellow employees. 
  • Learning and taking over some managerial duties when needed. Must be adaptable to change in workflows and eager to learn new processes.
  • High levels of technical knowledge are needed to perform many of the duties. 
  • Be able to attend meetings when required

Qualifications

  • RPSGT certification
  • Five years of continuous and current scoring experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Highly communicable
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Must be an RPSGT in good standing with the BRPT
  • Must have at least five years of scoring experience, scoring lab studies or home sleep studies, with knowledge of all the current AASM rules and regulations
  • Scoring experience should be on a regular basis and recent
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all team members and the ability to regularly check emails for work assignments
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Experience scoring home sleep studies with and without EEG is preferred
