IT Director - Operations

You’ll oversee the IT operations, ensuring our infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and aligned with the company's business goals.

Position Summary

Manages the IT Operations team consisting of service desk, incident management and change management staff.  Manage and maintain the company's Global Service Desk, Incident Management and Change management functions

Essential Functions

• Manages centralized Service Desk
• Sets priorities and monitors status of projects/tasks
• Communicates with clients regarding changes to environment, outages, troubleshooting efforts, etc.
• Leads change management
• Communicates with Stakeholders

Requirements

• Knowledge of contact center operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience in specific IT areas (M&A, integrations, software development, network infrastructure, data management). 
• Required Technology - Microsoft technologies
• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
