Optima Lodgings, a hospitality management company based in Naxos, is seeking a Hospitality Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or project coordination within the hospitality sector and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily processes across the hotel management company.

Optima Lodgings provides sales, marketing, and operational management services for boutique hotels, resorts, villas, and exclusive residences in Naxos Island.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and internal workflows.
• Oversee team projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Serve as the main communication point between internal teams and partner properties.
• Manage tasks and project timelines.
• Support reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Optimization of internal workflows and SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Hospitality Management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital tools.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable mindset.
