The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or project coordination within the hospitality sector and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily processes across the hotel management company.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and internal workflows.
- Oversee team projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Serve as the main communication point between internal teams and partner properties.
- Manage tasks and project timelines.
- Support reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Optimization of internal workflows and SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Hospitality Management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable mindset.
