Responbilities

• Lead and mentor a team of highly technical solution architects and consultants
• Work with customers and internal teams alongside with your Solution Architecture team reporting to you to identify business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and monitor project progress for high quality technical deliverables
• Continuously monitor and optimize reference architectures, document and monitor checklists, best practices
• Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for pre-sales and post-sales activities or projects while promoting best practices, acting as an internal and external consultant
• Interact with IT & System Experts, Managers and Directors on customers to create solutions that exceeds customer expectations

Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• 5+ years on client facing consulting environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with solution oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively communicate solution architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels
• Ability to lead in ambiguity and advise clients and team members according to best practices

Preferred:

• Extensive experience in overall architecture of Cloud Solutions preferably Google Cloud (Azure, AWS, on-premise experience are welcome)
• Ability to work in different business environments from startups to large enterprises
• Knowledge of Data & Analytics best practices and methodologies
• Knowledge of DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure best practices and methodologies
