Location: Fully Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: AEST or PH Time (Thursday to Monday)

Salary: $1,200 – $1,400 USD/month

A dynamic church-focused website builder specializing in web management and design solutions is seeking a reliable Customer Support Specialist to manage support tickets and ensure an excellent customer experience. 

This role requires a strong background in customer support and customer success, with the ability to address customer requests efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via Intercom
  • Provide timely, friendly, and accurate assistance
  • Escalate technical issues when needed
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience during Thursday–Monday coverage

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support or customer success–related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Intercom (or similar ticketing/support tools)
  • Basic knowledge of CSS is a plus
  • Availability to work Thursday through Monday (AEST or PH Time)
