A dynamic church-focused website builder specializing in web management and design solutions is seeking a reliable Customer Support Specialist to manage support tickets and ensure an excellent customer experience.
This role requires a strong background in customer support and customer success, with the ability to address customer requests efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via Intercom
- Provide timely, friendly, and accurate assistance
- Escalate technical issues when needed
- Ensure a smooth customer experience during Thursday–Monday coverage
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support or customer success–related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Intercom (or similar ticketing/support tools)
- Basic knowledge of CSS is a plus
- Availability to work Thursday through Monday (AEST or PH Time)
