Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Guide clients in understanding their insurance needs and help them select suitable products.
- Handle customer complaints and scenarios professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to assist with continuous service enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
