This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a strong commitment to providing excellent service to Portuguese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding IT products and services.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear guidance on product usage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the IT industry to provide relevant information to clients.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by business needs.
