- Guide customers through the processes of upgrading services, troubleshooting problems, and understanding their accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and industry offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions clearly to assist in service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues with discretion and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
