We are looking for a Senior Inventory Manager (Buyer/Planner) who will serve as a strategic leader within inventory management while owning complex brand portfolios. This role is responsible not only for execution but also for influencing strategy, mentoring others, and driving continuous improvement across inventory processes. Success is measured through business performance, brand satisfaction, and team impact.
This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Inventory Manager?
- Own and optimize demand forecasts and ordering strategies for complex or high-impact brands
- Set long-term inventory strategies and influence category-level planning decisions
- Lead executive-level brand discussions and manage escalations
- Analyze systemic forecast issues and drive process or tooling improvements
- Mentor Associate and Inventory Managers on forecasting, ordering, and brand management
- Partner with leadership on inventory performance, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of supply/demand planning or buying experience
- Expert-level Excel and strong ERP system expertise
- Proven ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs and inventory economics
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
