About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of flavour innovation, storytelling, and strategic marketing. As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will translate sensory science into compelling brand narratives that connect with B2B audiences across global markets. You’ll lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, support product launches, and shape how the company’s flavour portfolio is experienced and understood.

Working closely with R&D, sales, and creative teams, you’ll drive initiatives that bring new flavours to life — from concept to market — while ensuring every campaign communicates both technical excellence and emotional appeal.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT/SGT

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis

  • Monitor global flavour trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity

  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and product briefs

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns for new flavour launches

  • Collaborate with R&D and sales to align messaging with technical capabilities

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop compelling content: brochures, presentations, digital assets, and trade show materials

  • Tailor messaging for diverse audiences including food technologists, brand managers, and procurement teams

Customer Engagement & Events

  • Support flavour demos, webinars, and industry exhibitions

  • Coordinate sampling programs and feedback loops with key accounts

Digital & CRM Strategy

  • Manage email marketing, social media, and website content

  • Leverage CRM tools to track campaign performance and customer interactions
