About the Role
The Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who supports regulatory compliance and quality improvement activities across multiple ambulatory surgery center (ASC) locations nationwide. This full-time remote role ensures the timely management of licensure, accreditation, and quality program documentation. The ideal candidate is meticulous, self-motivated, and comfortable collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Work hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm MST (10:00 pm to 7:00 pm PHT)
Work set-up: Remote
What you’ll do
Regulatory & Accreditation Compliance
Track and manage all applications, renewals, and expirations for:
State ASC licenses
Key dentist and anesthesia provider licenses (site-specific)
Key RN licenses
AAAHC or ACHC accreditation
CLIA certification ○ Radiation permits
Other site-specific certifications as required
Maintain an internal system of reminders and documentation to ensure no licenses or accreditations lapse.
Governance & Quality Meeting Support
Draft and prepare annual Governing Body (GB) meeting agendas and minutes, in coordination with site leadership.
Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for quarterly GB and QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) meetings.
Track follow-up actions and ensure timely closure of quality items across all sites.
Peer Review Coordination
Support the clinical leadership team by coordinating timely peer review processes for dentists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
Develop and maintain provider-specific peer review scorecards.
Ensure all peer review data is complete, current, and documented according to policy.
