Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage data warehouse to serve as the single source of truth for the organization.
- Develop and deploy low-latency, real-time data streaming pipelines.
- Enable self-service analytics by building clean, well-documented, and trusted datasets.
- Establish and follow data governance and security best practices.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Certified Data Analyst (CDA) certification or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, Spark, Flink or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Experience in [industry, e.g., fintech, blockchain, technology] is a plus.
