Lead Dental Nurse

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, people focused Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and professional team at Robinsons Dental Practice in Christchurch. Whether you are already an experienced Lead Nurse or a Qualified Dental Nurse ready for progression opportunities, we'd love to hear from you!

The essentials:

• Part time hours over 3 days
• Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 7.45am - 5.15pm
• Potential to add 4th day for the right candidate
• Competitive hourly rate £16 depending on experience
• Fully private 4 surgery practice
• Free parking locally

Established for over 30 years we pride ourselves on being well respected in the local community for delivering quality care across a range of treatments including ortho & cosmetic dentistry. 

About you 

You’ll lead a team of dental nurses to deliver the highest standards of patient care in a safe and compliant environment. We’d love to receive your application if you have the following skills and experience:

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration 
• Previous experience in a similar lead or senior dental nurse role 
• A good understanding of compliance in dentistry 
• A caring and empathetic approach, with strong communication and leadership skills 
• A team player who thrives on supporting others and delivering excellent patient care
