Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Timings: 8 AM-5 PM EST

Location: South Africa (Remote)

Prime System Solution, a leading provider of outsourced digital and technology services, is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for one of our US-based clients. In this role, you will support performance-driven digital campaigns, manage end-to-end optimization activities, and leverage data to improve overall marketing results. You will also play a key part in analyzing insights, refining strategies, and ensuring strong campaign performance across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Paid Search (Google + Bing), and Google Demand Gen campaigns based on goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive insights to identify traffic-driving opportunities and optimize targeting for maximum reach and efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize all campaigns and bidding strategies, seeking to drive increasing conversions continually.
  • Utilize internal data analytics tools to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to refine campaign performance and improve efficiency. 
  • Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to perpetually enhance campaign performance.
  • Glean insights from campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.  
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, such as new platform features, ad formats, or audience segments, to boost traffic acquisition.
  • Nice to have additional experience: Meta (Facebook) Ads, TikTok Ads, and Affiliate

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience fully owning and managing large-scale paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads with a focus on both growth and efficiency. 
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities and the ability to present data clearly and concisely in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Ability to draw actionable insights out of large sets of data with the use of Excel
  • Data-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with SEO and broader digital marketing principles (advantageous but not essential).
  • Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce
