Job Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate with experience in staff augmentation or client-deployed setups. This role plays a key part in supporting end-to-end HR operations — from onboarding to employee engagement — ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and client-deployed employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Pre-employment: Validate requirements, conduct reference checks, and facilitate orientation for new hires.
  • Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee data, prepare HR documents, and ensure compliance with data privacy policies.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist with timekeeping (Odoo), leaves validation, and government benefits processing.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Support events, communication rollouts, and initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare HR reports, coordinate with internal departments and vendors (e.g., IT, equipment requests).

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience handling HR administrative tasks.
  • Experience in a staff augmentation or outsourcing setup is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools (e.g., Odoo, Sprout).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
