🏢 Job Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist who’s not only great with numbers but also confident in connecting with clients. This role combines traditional AR responsibilities with proactive collections work. You’ll be managing invoices, monitoring accounts, and making targeted follow-up calls each week to ensure timely payments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts receivable process, including billing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts
• Conduct collection calls and follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
• Meet targeted number of collection calls per week
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements
• Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end closing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or client concerns
• Provide regular updates and reports on collection performance and account status

Requirements

💡 Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with frequent phone interactions
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with solid experience using NetSuite (required)
• Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
